• | Create Real Estate Contact - Create a Active Agent Real Estate Contact, if you are not in a contact folder the contact will be saved in the default real estate contacts folder. |
• | Create Location record - Create a property/transaction record for the currently selected contact. You must select a contact before creating a location record since the location must be assigned to a contact prior to creation. |
• | Create Appointment - Create a new Outlook Appointment. This appointment will be linked to the selected contacts and will contain their name and basic contact information in the appointment body. |
• | Create Task - Create a new Outlook Task. This Task will be linked to the selected contacts and will contain their name and basic contact information in the task body. |
• | Send Document to Contact - If there are contacts currently selected, you will be given the opportunity to directly merge a document from the document library for those contacts. If no contacts are selected or you choose not to use the selected contacts you will be presented with the contact picker to select the contacts to create labels. |
• | Export contact data - If there are contacts currently selected, you will be given the opportunity to export their contact data. If no contacts are selected or you choose not to use the selected contacts you will be presented with the contact picker to select the contacts to export. You are then given the opportunity to open the export file or email. |
