The export contact data feature of Active Agent provides a convenient way to get contact data out of your database. This feature was added specifically to facilitate the export of data to third party printing companies such as Express Copy
To export your data select the contacts from your list and click on the Create menu and then the Export Contact Data option. You will be asked if the selected contact are the contact you want to export, if not you can use the Contact Picker to select other contacts.
You will then be given to the option to view the exported data
If you select No, you will be then given the option to email the data which will insert the comma separated values export as an attachment into an email.
if you choose not to email the file it will save it to a file on your computer for you to use later.
