On the general tab of the real estate contact there are a several significant modifications/additions.
| • | Preferred Contact, Contact Source, Contact Type and Contact Status: Drop down lists that allow you to further categorize your contact, the contents of these list are editable via the options page |
| • | Schedule Follow-up - Add a follow-up for this contact directly from the contact record. The types of follow-ups are definable in the options page where follow-up types can be added and set as appointments or tasks. |
| • | Apply and Get Campaigns - Apply a campaign directly to the contact and search for campaigns that were previously applied. |
| • | Distribution Lists - Add and remove this contact to Outlook Distribution lists directly from the contact record. |
