The Options form is separated into 4 different sections:

My Merge Data - "My" Information that is available for the merge documents.
Real Estate Contact - Where the drop down selections on the Real Estate Contacts are set
Defaults - Default Real Estate Contact Folder and type of Activity to use for mail merge
Support - Enable error reporting, send error log and reset Active Agent for Outlook
User Field Labels - Set the default label for the user fields on the Real Estate Contact
