To convert a standard Outlook Contact to a Real Estate Contact do the following:
| • | Select the contacts in your contact list () |
| • | Click on the Tools-Convert Normal Contact to Real Estate Contact toolbar option |
| • | Select what to do with the converted contact |
| • | Copy Contact - This is only intended for testing, typically you do not want to copy the contact and create duplicate contacts. |
| • | Leave Contact - This option will convert the contact and leave it in the same folder. |
| • | Once the contact was converted you will see a telling you the contacts were converted. |
