Campaign Name - This is where the name of the campaign is typed, or, for existing campaigns this is the name of the current campaign and is not editable.
Launch Date - Set the start date for the campaign, all activities will be scheduled relative to this date.  For example if the days out for an activity is 1 then the activity will occur one day after the launch date; likewise if days out is -1 then will occur one day before the launch date.
Delete, Add and Edit Activity buttons- To add an activity to a campaign click on the "Add Activity" button.  To edit and / or delete an activity select the activity from the list and click on the corresponding button.
Apply to Contacts - Opens a contact and group picker window that allows you to apply the current campaign to one or more contacts. 
Refresh - Updates the activities list pane to show newly added activities.
Clone Campaign - Make a copy of the current campaign, all the activities are copied with the same names; however, you will be given the opportunity to give the cloned campaign a new name before it is saved.
Prefix Campaign Activities with: This is used as the first part of the subject line for all the activities when the campaign is applied to a contact(s). This can be used to designate a property address or other info you may want to link to this applied activities.
