In the Real Estate Contact record you can store the Contact's Birthday and Anniversary (these are standard Outlook fields and when a date is entered it will be added to your calendar as an annual recurring appointment), Spouse's birthday, up to 8 Children's birthdays (with comments that are also added to the calendar) and 3 general purpose other date fields. All of these dates can be added to the calendar and are linked back to the current contact record (they appear on the activities tab).
