Activities

The Activities tab of the contact is a dynamic list of Outlook Items that are related to the currently open contact. 

 

The first time you open this tab you may get a message telling you that "No folders are defined for the Activities tab...", in that case you will need to reset your activities tab.

 

For items to appear in this list they must reference the currently open contact, for email this will include the contact be listed in the to, from, cc or bcc fields, for tasks and appointments the contact must be an attendee or listed in the contact field.
