From this tab you can control the list of people you never want to be flagged as SPAM or Junk. Add the most obvious people/emails to this list and then ongoing you will be able to maintain this from the Junk Mail folder by right clicking on the message if an email from a valid sender gets flagged.
Click
on the other tabs (Safe Senders, Safe Recipients, etc) to get info on
the other tabs.
