It is possible that Active Agent for Outlook became disabled due to a problem in Outlook. To Re-enable Active Agent for Outlook do the following:
• | Select Help-About Outlook-Disabled Items and enable REMScore if it is listed (Outlook 2002 and 2003 only) |
• | Close and restart Outlook |
If the toolbar is not back after restarting Outlook then:
• | Select Tools-Options-Other-Advanced Options-COM Addins |
• | If REMScore.dll is checked uncheck it, otherwise check it and click OK. |
• | If it was checked and you unchecked it go back into COM Addins and recheck it. |
• | Click the OKs to close the rest of the boxes and Active Agent for Outlook should be re-enabled. |
