My Toolbar is not loading or does not function

It is possible that Active Agent for Outlook became disabled due to a problem in Outlook. To Re-enable Active Agent for Outlook do the following:

Select Help-About Outlook-Disabled Items and enable REMScore if it is listed (Outlook 2002 and 2003 only)
Close and restart Outlook

 

If the toolbar is not back after restarting Outlook then:

Select Tools-Options-Other-Advanced Options-COM Addins
If REMScore.dll is checked uncheck it, otherwise check it and click OK.
If it was checked and you unchecked it go back into COM Addins and recheck it.
Click the OKs to close the rest of the boxes and Active Agent for Outlook should be re-enabled.
