The Merge Template feature allows you to create and edit existing Active Agent for Outlook merge documents and templates.
To create a new template:
| • | Enter a template name |
| • | Check the option to save as a REMS Merge Template. |
| • | Click Open Merge Document |
| • | Add you content to the document. |
| • | Save and it will be added to the library of templates. |
