Up to 8 images can be linked to a property. These images are NOT stored in the Outlook data file, this is significant for two main reasons: 1) the images will not impact the size of your data file and print quality images can be used; 2) if you are sharing this data via exchange the path to the file must exist on all clients accessing the property. These images are used in conjunction with the Flyer Text tab for your flyers; if you are using Publisher 2003 you can merge the flyer text as well as these images into your Publisher document.
